Originally from Virginia, Donald grew up in Elaine, Arkansas. After graduating from high school in Helena, Arkansas, Donald attended college at the University of Alabama where he majored in accounting and then Delta State University, whereby he obtained a degree in Business Management. As part of his extensive legal background, Donald is licensed to practice law in six states, Washington, D.C., multiple federal courts and is a member of both the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court Bar.
Throughout his legal career, Donald has practiced in the areas of complex business transactions, probate, complex business litigation, real estate, civil litigation and contract law. A significant part of Donald’s practice is dedicated to serving as contract corporate counsel for more than fifty different companies, including Fortune 500 companies, regional wholesalers, constructions companies, multi-unit retailers, quasi-governmental entities and large agricultural operations.
Though Donald practices throughout the southeastern United States often traveling where his clients need him, he lives in Helena, Arkansas with his wife and two bulldogs. Both Donald and his wife are Crimson Tide football fans and enjoy attending games in Tuscaloosa and spending time at the beach in Gulf Shores. In addition to practicing law, Donald is an avid car collector and certified SCUBA diver.
